Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Legal Client Engine handles information in connection with this business-to-business marketing website for law firms. It reflects how the website works today and will be updated if that changes.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Who we are

Legal Client Engine is a business-to-business marketing and lead-generation service for law firms. Legal Client Engine is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. See our B2B Services Disclaimer.

Information we collect

Usage and device information. Our hosting provider and website analytics record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps.

External services currently used. This website uses hosting/security services and Google Fonts. On getlegalclientengine.com, PostHog analytics and Meta advertising tracking load only after you accept the corresponding optional category. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address and browser details when your browser requests those resources.

Law-firm business contact information. If you contact us by email, or through the firm application form on this website, we receive the business contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, firm name, business email address, business telephone number, markets and practice areas of interest, and any message you include.

What this website does not collect. This website is directed to law firms. It does not collect consumer legal-matter information and does not route consumer information to any law firm. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Optional analytics and advertising

Use Cookie preferences to accept or reject analytics and advertising separately, or to withdraw your choices. Optional tracking on getlegalclientengine.com is off by default. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

With analytics consent, PostHog receives allowlisted page and application-step events, anonymous browser identifiers and campaign tags. We disable automatic form capture and session recording. Form answers, contact details and internal review pages are excluded from these events.

With advertising consent, Meta receives page views and conversion events for qualified business inquiries and confirmed appointments. Browser and server events use the same event identifier to limit duplicate counting. Our server reporting uses advertising browser/click identifiers; it does not send your firm name, contact details or survey answers.

Campaign tags and advertising identifiers are stored with an application only when the corresponding tracking choice permits it. They help us understand which advertising produces relevant business inquiries.

Firm verification and booking

We use business-name and work-email-domain matching against Google business listings to review whether an inquiry represents a law firm. Uncertain applications are held for review. Qualified applications may be sent to our GoHighLevel sales system. Calendar notifications are matched to saved applications to confirm bookings.

Why we use information

To operate, secure and improve the website; to respond to law-firm inquiries and discuss our services; to understand how the website is used; to market our services to law firms; and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use vendors that process information on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics and email. Service providers process information under their own terms, privacy notices, contractual obligations where applicable and applicable law.

When we disclose information

We do not sell law-firm business contact information. We may disclose information to service providers that support this website and our own business communications, when required by law or legal process, in connection with a business transfer, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Retention

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, operational needs, legal requirements, dispute resolution and recordkeeping obligations. We review retained information and remove it when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to technical backup cycles and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers or financial-account information to us.

Children under 13

This website is intended for law firms and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

State privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise available rights, see Privacy Choices.
